Preparation
First, roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan. Now add the fromage blanc and mix with the melted chocolate until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Pour into a dessert casserole.
cream with the cream stabilizer and 2 tablespoons of icing sugar until firm. Distribute the whipped cream evenly over the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate. Decorate with biscuits.
