No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls
~Ingredients~
β‘2 cups good quality white chocolate chips, I used the Ghirardelli brand
β‘8 ounces cream cheese, softened

cup powdered sugar
β‘β
cup pumpkin puree
β‘1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
β‘1Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs
β‘1Β½ cups gingersnap crumbs
β‘12 ounces white almond bark, coating
β‘1 cup orange candy melts, optional drizzle
~Instructions~
1γ Add the white chocolate chips to a small heat-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until completely melted and smooth. Set it aside.
