Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Stir in marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes into the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
6. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
7. Top with mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
