Beef Schnitzel with Dijon Gravy
Ingredients:
For the Schnitzel:
4 boneless beef cutlets (or thinly sliced beef)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
For the Gravy:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
