Raspberry Filling:
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chocolate Truffle Ganache:
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
