Cottage Cheese Chips – light, crispy chips made from baked cottage cheese, perfect for a high-protein, low-carb snack.

* Shape the chips: Use your hands to form small, flat mounds of the cheese mixture on the prepared baking sheet. The size will depend on how big you want your chips.
* Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese chips are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them as they can burn quickly.
