Cream Cheese Flan

Ingredients
For the flan:

  • 1 can (395 g) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (360 ml) of evaporated milk
  • 1 package (190 g) of cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the caramel:

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
