To make the fruit, slice the tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apple, and banana and place them on separate plates or a big bowl.

Take the milk-mixture from the stove. To avoid curdling, use yogurt that is at room temperature. Add the sour cream or yogurt and stir until combined with the milk.
