Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Mash Potatoes

1. Start by making the mashed potatoes. In a large pot, bring the potatoes to a boil in salted water. Cook until tender, about 25 minutes.

2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

4. Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce to coat evenly.

5. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately alongside the mashed potatoes.
