How to whiten teeth and remove tartar with garlic?

  • Crush a fresh clove of garlic into a paste.
  • Apply  gently  to your teeth and gums.
  • Leave on for  1 to 2 minutes , then rinse thoroughly.
  • For a stronger effect, add a pinch of  fine salt , which will act as a mild abrasive.

  • Steep chopped garlic in warm water for a few minutes.
  • Filter and use this water as a mouthwash, for  30 seconds to 1 minute .
  • Then rinse with clean water.

  • Caution for sensitive gums  : garlic can cause irritation or burning sensations. Test with a  small amount first .
  • Lingering odor  : To reduce its persistent scent, chew  fresh parsley  or rinse your mouth with  water mixed with cider vinegar .
