Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

1. Cook the Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil. Brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Sauté Aromatics: Once the beef is cooked, add the garlic, ginger, and half of the chopped green onions. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Pour this sauce mixture into the skillet with the beef.

5. Thicken the Sauce (Optional): If you prefer a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch mixture and stir well. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.
