No-Oven Bread: Incredibly Good and Easy Pan-Cooked Bread

Place the dough in a pan previously oiled with olive oil and let it rise for another half hour.
Oil another 28 cm non-stick pan and gently slide the dough inside.
Spread the dough with your hands until it covers the entire bottom of the pan and cover with a lid.
Step 6: Cook the Bread
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Turn the bread using a large, well-oiled plate, as you would for an omelette.
Cook on the other side for another 15 minutes, still covered.
Step 7: Cool and Serve
Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
Serve and enjoy your homemade, no-oven bread!
