Oven Jerk Pork

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix jerk seasoning, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and olive oil.
3. Rub the mixture all over the pork, making sure to coat evenly.
4. Place the pork in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 2 1/2 hours or until tender and easily shredded
