In the mixer bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and chopped hazelnut powder. Add the very cold butter cut into pieces and work together until you obtain a grainy mixture. Incorporate the eggs using the Pulse button to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Peel and core 2 pears then cut them into small cubes. Integrate the diced pears as well as the nuggets into the dough using a spatula. Pour the mixture into a well-buttered 20 cm springform mold.
Wash the 2 remaining pears, cut them into thin slices and place in a circle. Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°. Leave to cool slightly before covering with topping. Serve either warm or at room temperature.
