Ingredients
1 kg of potatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
6 eggs
0.5 teaspoon of dried garlic
1/3 teaspoon of turmeric
250 grams of ham
250 grams of pickled mushrooms
150 grams of hard cheese
150 grams of canned corn
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
100 grams of cheese

PreparationStart by peeling and cutting the potatoes into medium cubes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes until they are half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, beat the 6 eggs. Mix in the dried garlic, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the half-cooked potatoes to the bowl with the eggs and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
In an oven-safe dish, pour the potato and egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a salad with the ham, mushrooms, hard cheese, corn and mayonnaise.
Once the tortilla is ready, take it out of the oven, spread the 100 grams of cheese on top and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
Serve hot and decorate with chopped green onion and dill.
