Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
30 g mozzarella cheese, grated
A pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of parsley, chopped
Vegetable oil, for frying
Black sesame seeds, for topping
Directions
Prepare the Oats:
Add 1 cup of quick oats to a bowl.
Add in 1 cup of milk and let it soak for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a separate bowl, crack 2 eggs and mix well.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Pour in 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix well.
Add in 30 g of grated mozzarella cheese, a pinch of crushed red pepper, and a pinch of parsley. Mix well.
