Shepherd’s Pie Tater Tot Casserole

Oven Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Meat Cooking: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned and the onions are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Mix Ingredients: Add the cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes to slightly thaw the veggies and merge flavors. Season with salt and pepper.
Casserole Assembly: Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading evenly.
Tater Tot Arrangement: Layer frozen tater tots on top, tightly packed to form a crispy crust.
