This eggplant recipe is so delicious I can make it almost every day!

Preparation:

First, wash the aubergines and tomatoes and cut them into slices.

Then place them on the baking tray.
Now prepare the seasoning and then distribute it over the aubergines.
Then bake at 180° for 15-17 minutes.
Finally, cover the aubergines with mozzarella and bake for 12-15 minutes.
