If using fresh fig leaves, chop them into small pieces. If using dried leaves, they are already suitable for brewing.
Use about a teaspoon of finely chopped fig leaves for each cup of tea.
Bring water to a boil and add the fig leaves. Let them boil for about 15 minutes to extract the beneficial compounds from the leaves.
Strain the tea to remove the leaf pieces after cooking.
