Vegan Chocolate Cherry Muffins

Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the rack in the center. Line 12 muffin cups with paper or silicone liners, then set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, flax seeds, cherries and chocolate chips. Mix well and set aside.
In a blender, puree banana, oil and sparkling water.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
Divide mixture into muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes, or until muffins are cooked through.
