CARAMEL CREAM CHEESE BREAD

Start by preheating your oven to 350º F. Prepare two 9×5-inch loaf pans by lightly greasing them using butter or a non-stick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Following this, beat in the eggs one at a time, adding the vanilla extract thereafter.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to ensure they’re well combined.

Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, making sure to mix only until the ingredients are combined.

Pour ¼ of the batter into each of the prepared baking dishes. Over this, spoon ¼ cup of the caramel topping, swirling it into the batter but ensuring it stays clear from the edges of the pan.
