Use a fork to knead the dough until it’s smooth. Sauté in oil for ten minutes. Permit to rest for one

half an hour.

Roll out three quarters of the dough to a size of 25×40 cm. To make blocks, roll out the dough and then cut each block into

pieces.

Before setting aside, add the dough pieces to the pan. Do the same with the other third of the dough to

roll out the dough.
